Single tooth implant Anterior A. A. 21 years old

Patient main complain to have a nice smile
with homogeneous colors for the teeth so she
was planned for porcelain veneers therapy but
for the tooth # 21 due to big filling amount it
was planned to place a fiber post in the tooth
canal and to fabricate a crown, after opening
of the canal we found out that we had a
perforation in the root that was their with out
any pathologies.
